This Prodigy Rack attachment is constructed from 3” square tubing and finished with a durable powder coat. Mounted with a ball bearing, it provides full 360-degree movement & limitless opportunities surrounding grip position on our Prodigy Racks. The handles are attached to stainless steel range plates providing 11 width settings per side.

Best pull up option and fits on Rogue Monster Racks

I was searching for an adjustable pull up bar that could be moved out of the way for OHP, and still be very strong/stable. The prime pull up station meets all of that and more, the handles contour to your hand perfectly at every position.

The best

This pull up station is the best. I have the rogue multi grip pull up bar. The rogue crown. Tried sorinex cliff hangers (they were HORRIBLE). The Ro-T8 allows endless adjustability: Width and degrees of pronation and supination. I retro fit it to my rogue rack with some 1” OD 1/2” ID bushings. It’s perfect.
