I've had the attaches for several months and couldn't be happier.
The service from Prime was impeccable. I ordered them in the evening and the next day they were ready for shipping. They arrived packages with no damage.
Before I purchased I researched the Prime vs the Chinese Knockoffs. I did not find a good comparison, but have since used the knockoffs once and only once, and can give a direct comparison. Color is similar and the grip texture are fairly compatible. After that they differ in everything else. The knockoffs are lighter, don't feel the same, have poor construction; rattle, and there is no comparison in body mechanics. If you are serious about fitness do not buy the knock-offs.
4N1 - is the widest attachment. I use the neutral position for pull-downs and rows 90% of the time and it is better than any neutral grip attachment I've used.. I have had no issues with forearms tiring and have never lost the grip. It does its job and you will feel it in your lats and back.
3N1 14" - I prefer this one to the 4N1 for high rows, although I prefer the grip angle on the 4N1. If I could only buy one it would be the 14" over the 4N1.
3N1 6" - This is my favorite for both pull-downs and rows. The neutral position is far superior to a V handle.
Kaz handles. My first impression was they were bigger and heavier than I thought they would be, but now I would never go back to smaller rubber handles. The weight and size allows for a good stretch with chest flyes. For biceps it works the forearms and biceps.
R0-T8 handles. Superior body mechanics for flyes and for one arm rows. If you like the stretch, and good body mechanics, these do the job better than any other handle I've used.
To summarize; there has never been a workout I regretted buying them. Highly recommend.
The concept is nice but the palm rest gets in the way. The way the palm rest is angled, your forearms end up tiring out before your lats. Would be a great product without the palm rest. Unfortunately had to return this and the low row grip.
Excellent attachment. I love the variable hand positions that are possible.
