Super versatile bar that can be used for much more than back work. I couple this with the Kaz handles and do lots of triceps/biceps exercises on the HLP single stack (or any other cable machine). I opted only for the short bar as the width has proven to be still plenty wide for my body, thus did not see reason to get both the long and short version.
