The Plate Loaded Extreme Row provides 2 different grip options, 8 height adjustments for the chest pad, and 8 height adjustments for the seat. These allow for a wide variety of setups while accommodating many different body types. Now with 2 exciting NEW handle upgrade options- The SVL Handle and the RO-T8 Handle.

Full Description

The SVL handle upgrade includes 7 width adjustments with a 1.25” tubular handle that offers full pronation/supination and allows the user to incorporate wrist straps as desired.

The RO-T8 handle upgrade includes 7 width adjustments, allowing for full pronation/supination with our patented RO-T8 grip design featuring a paddle-like grip shape that simultaneously reduces grip fatigue while enhancing output potential of the back musculature being targeted.

Like all of our equipment, this machine is equipped with Smart Strength Technology, giving the user the ability to manipulate the resistance profile to overload different areas within the exercise movement.
