Near perfect bench ruined by terrible pad

Prime nailed it with quality, design, adjustability, and the 2-in-1 functionality. It performs exceptionally well as both a military press bench and a chest-supported row bench. However, the pad is a major letdown. At just 10” wide, it’s narrower than a standard 12” bench, let alone a Thompson pad. To make matters worse, the vinyl is extremely slippery. A 2” wider pad and an option for grippy vinyl would make this bench unbeatable. Until then, it falls short.

Stable and compact

Really enjoy the bench, but it's not exactly what I was expecting. I found the preacher attachment uncomfortable so tend not to use it. Also not using the wing extensions. They restrict my motion on horizontal bench dumbbell work. That being said it is perfect as a base for flat bench work. I keep a set of adjustable dumbbells on either side of it.. It is solid, well thought out, and extremely stable.

This is the best bench I’ve ever used. The padding is firm yet comfortable. It’s extremely sturdy and well made. Easy to move around. Also, with all of the attachments for this bench, you can’t wrong.
