Refund policy

  • Returns/Exchanges are only permitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds/exchanges will not be permitted on items returned after 30 days.
  • Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. PRIME will inspect all items, once received, prior to issuing a refund. 
  • Washed or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value.

PRIME Fitness is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. In the event a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the mail carrier. PRIME Fitness is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the mail carrier.
